Weston reached out to me to plan out this perfect proposal. Immediately after he filled out the contact form on my website we started planning out the specific details like the location, time, and of course how I was gonna stay hidden from Taylor so she didn’t suspect the proposal! 

After talking on the phone with Weston we decided that the best way to capture this proposal without any suspicion was to do it DURING a couples session! This way I wouldn’t have to worry about being spotted before he popped the question. So we started planning out a couples session, and Taylor was all for it (having no idea that Weston was gonna propose!) 

Before Taylor arrived to the session, me and Weston met up at Big Four Bridge in Louisville, Kentucky and set everything up! I can’t take too much credit, Weston did such an amazing job before I even got there! We scouted out the locations to start at for the “couples session” and I explained to Weston how we would walk her to the proposal location. 

So, once Taylor and Weston arrived to the location later that evening we started out the session just like every other couples session. 

If you look closely in the images above you can see the ring box in his right pocket (I’m so grateful Taylor didn’t notice it LOL!) Once we took a couple of standard pictures I knew It was time to take her to THE SPOT. 

Once we got to the walkway that led to Weston’s proposal set up, I had the two walk towards me with looking at each other. I wanted to keep Taylor from seeing the set-up until we got closer!

Once we got to the clearing, it was time!!! 

After Weston proposed and Taylor said YES I gave them a few minutes alone to celebrate and fully soak in the moment!!
